Nice Save, Barry!

Paid for with Plunkey/SD tax dollars
I'm afraid not. Your tax dollars went to maintaining the roads near your house and the water that you drink. These tax dollars came from Steve down the street. Fucking Steve...

Someone has to pay for it. The other choice is that you could pay for the White House window washer. I think that Doug (the guy who pays for it) is going to leave the US soon.

Government Motors adding 800 moar jobs in TX

GM adds third shift at Texas plant, 800 jobs - Jun. 22, 2012

this should get Plunkey back

just sayin'

Plunkey will be back and he loves you all (even the libtards).

I'm being distracted right now by:

1) The twins (obviously)
2) Great opportunities at work (I'm starting to like government largesse -- It's killing competition more quickly than I ever could.)
3) An incredibly fun rocketry project that involves both my 3.5 year old and my 12 year old. It's chemistry, physics, aeronautical engineering and electrical engineering all rolled into one.

Today we tested the e-match firing system where a PC ran a Python program that messaged through an Xbee S2 mesh network to the remote firing system. The remote system was an MBED controller wired to an in-network Xbee that used a digital output to drive a Darlington transistor the subsequently activated a relay that sent 6V @ 1+ amps through a home-made e-match.

The day before, we machined an aluminum test casing that we'll cast our Ammonium Perchlorate/HTPB engines in. It also serves as the test fixture we'll use to optimize our nozzle design. I'm hoping we'll cast our engines by Tuesday or Wednesday.

Great fun was had by all. I'm turning my kids into nerds.
