How long after the first cycle do I wait to start the next.

I think it is also important for people to remember the half life for the AAS that are being used. If using short acting AAS for the last 2-4 weeks you can count time on = time off. But if you are still using Deca or sustanon or cypionate you need to add 2-4 weeks to the end of the last shot before you count time off. - cbeaks

For me, I say the time off clock does not start until you start clomid.

For me it depends what I am trying to accomplish.... I alway like a few month off before hoping back on it. Makes me think I can live without it and levels out my weight to show me were I am really at...
