what is the dose i should take with 75mg winny a day and how long before i start winny should i start the nexrutine?

For me, Nexrutine started working within 2 weeks (90-95%) improvement. After 3 weeks, I swear to God, I have NO joint pain whatsoever. I LOVE the stuff. I would start it a few weeks before hand just in case.

Im not on winny, so i dont know...but i use 3-4 caps of 250mg/day. Works for me. try that.
