We are a month in and I wanted to post an update.

My son had a killer game on Saturday and has his first trial this week with a Pro team. The team had expressed an interest in the other goalie so he started and played 60 mins. They put my son on with 30 mins to go and the team was down 0-2. Tied it up and he stopped a big penalty kick at the 90 min mark to hold the tie.

So....he got an invite too! He also just got a sponsorship from one of the big football companies and got a ridiculous amount of gear, all personalized etc.

Ya, they sent him about 10 pairs of gloves and a bunch of under armour clothing...padded shorts etc. The gloves are all personalized and have a Canadian flag on them lol It's from Sells...they sponsor some of the big pro keepers like Asmir B
