I'm pretty new to this site, but I am amazed at how many threads I read from some guy who doesn't know shit about aas asking what to take, how much, when. etc. You get the picture. A small part of me feels bad for these guys because they get hammered every time with comments like "do more research", and "you don't know enough about what your asking to be doing it".
Instead of getting yourself flamed try posing your question like this:
Say what you're looking to do, then ask where you should concentrate
your research.........then go do the research which will answer most of your other questions.
