Just want to say what's up....been doing a lot of reading prior to posting...want to introduce myself finally and say thanx for sharing all the info! i've been training for about 3 years hard now...started out weighing 145 and now weigh about 200lbs and pretty hard just through good nutrition and hard work (being the ulitmate hardgainer....i don't believe that i can't grow no matter what i do bullshit). Never touched the juice, but i plan on starting in about a years time....assuming i feel i'm ready. I have a lot of questions though so please put up with my newbie ignorance!
