Lately I have been seeing ALOT of "first cycle", "what do you think of this cycle" threads. Good to see you guys are researching before taking the plunge. Good to see everyones responses with there help and suggestions. The typical, "what's your stats", "diet" and "years training" etc are good. Let me add one, "What's your Baseline values". Let me say this AAS used properly, combined with proper training and diet can be extremely effective. That said, these a POWERFUL compounds and should not be taken lightly. If you are concerned about "Bloat" or "Bitch Tits" as you should be, you should also be concerened with recovery and safe use. The best way to do this is BLOODWORK, get your blood work done before to establish your baseline values. I would also suggest tests every 8 weeks during and then obviously after pct to help judge if you are in fact "recovered". This could help you deal with issues that come up, gives you something to base your "my nips are tingling" rants on. This could also help you avoid a dangerous situation and give you clear direction on how to deal with any issues you may encounter. There is good info in the pct forum and in the online help books found here at EF. Here is some of the tests you will want to have done:
