Been working out for a few years now. I'm ready to do my first cycle. Theres alot of opinions out there on what to start with. I was just looking for some expert advice. I've heard a few but still not sure. The one I liked most was 30-50mg of winny (tabs) a day for 8-10 weeks followed by nolva. The reason I liked this most is I'm not real fond of needles. Also I guess yo might need to know a little bit to give advice. Age 34, Weight 215lb, height 6', bodyfat about 15%,. My goal is to get rid of BF and get bigger and harder. I dont want to get freakishly huge, just want to look and feel great. I'm not totally against needles and will probably use in the future. Just wanted to start out slow with first cycle and see how it does. I've came along way without roids, but it took along time. When I first starting working out I weighed about 140lb max bench was 95lb. Now max bench is 225lb. Like I said big improvement but, it took about 9 years. I got discouraged many times and quit because I workout for months with minimal gain. Use to see guys come in the gym smaller than I was and within six months be twice as big. Were these guys on roids? Oh Yeah! You better beleive it. I've done alot of research and found alot of sources. Just need advice. Thanks To All, Mr.muscle
