dont flame me but i am new to some of the stuff that is out there....i have never used or heard of any of the PH that are out tehre....i tried the search but i cant find a good post to help me so i have a few questions...
1. What is 1-AD, 4-AD, One+ and its side effects?
2. What is Boldione and its sides effects?
3. Do i have to take anything else with this stuff?
4. What kind of diet should i be on while taking a cycle with this?
5. What kind of cycle would be best for me, 21 years old, 185 lbs, 5'9"?
i did a search on all of this stuff so i know alittle about it but not enough to buy it and use it the right way.....sorry if some of these come up all the time but i am a newbie
