Hey everyone,
Just looking to introduce myself and hope to gather info and opinions along the way
I am not new to the forum life and fully expect some yahoo to come out of his hole and bash me, lol. Please do I have thick skin
I do NOT know enough to have an informed opinion and that is why I am here
I have read posts where people look to genuinely gather advice but get none or severely bashed; I can see both sides to this, so..
I am not here to take any short cuts but rather look to find any useful resources in my searches
I'm babbling...
Basically, I have decided I will cycle at some point in the near future but need to get well informed as I get my body well primed and ready to start
My main dilemma is that I have always been a hard gainer. I was literally a furnace. I probe would have made better mass gains stuffing my face with a few fatty caps and not dieting so strict as a younger guy
Fast forward to know, I am older, my career is different and things at the gym slow'd down
I never fully stopped working out but the intensity and commitment definitely declined
Long story short(er), I have less muscle and a surprise to myself way too much bf
I never thought it was possible to be at 20% for me
I was stubborn, people told me it'd catch up when I get older
Anyways, I am just introducing myself and lookin to participate in some posts here and there
I am 5' 9", 180lbs, at 20% bf
My goal is to get to 10,12 or 15%bf while building some muscle
I anticipate I should be 170lbs at 12%bf in 3months of hard training and possibly 175lbs at 10% in 6months
I plan my 1st cycle will be using very min., possibly just test e cycle, low dose with some sort of aromatise and a good OCT plan
Any welcomes or feedback is defy welcome
