I'm pretty new to the whole gear scene and was reading over a few posts and thought maybe you guys would be able to answer a couple questions for me. I've researched gear off and on for a year or so now but have never actually taken any. Since it's summer and i'm going to be moving to a new city in september id like to put on some muscle before i go. I was thinking about doing a cycle of deca for 8 weeks, because that seems to have the best side effects:results ratio. Could anyone tell me how much i should take, and how long?and how much weight could i put on during these next 3 months with the cycle u suggest? I'm pretty clueless. My stats are 5'09 140 lbs. Any help would be appreciated.
