Newbie to HCG. Help needed.

I've been on TRT for a few months with just Testosterone Cypionate. Now, my NP would like for me to add some Arimidex and HCG. I have a problem with the HCG though. I have a box of Novarel, which has a 30mL bottle of bac water and a 10,000USP units of HCG. I am confused about the mixing part. I am supposed to use .5cc weekly. Do I use just enough water to pull out the powder just to put back in the bac water vial? If not, what then? I've sent an e-mail for further clarification to my NP, but I wanted your guys insight.

If you are on TRT, this should come pre-mixed for you. Im confused.Contact your TRT Doctor for further instructions on this.

usually you inject the bac water into the vial of HCG, directing the flow of water slowly at the side of the bottle, not directly into powder. How much water to put in depends on size of vial, most likely have a 10ML vial so you could put 10ml in making it 1000IU per ml (ie 10,000IU / 10ml = 1000IU/ml) but you can mix it stronger if you like. TRT doses are generally 250IU 2x a week.

Thx Zygla. So, here is my next question. I am supposed to take .5cc weekly. So, if I do as you say, 10 with 10, how many IUs are in 1cc? I hope to get my response from my provider tomorrow, so I'll keep you posted.

When I take hcg post cycle I put 2cc of bac water in the hcg. Then I take .25 iu's every other day till it runs out.

A little update. My NP e-mailed me back for me to put 10ml of bac water into the HCG and inject .5ccs weekly along with my .6ccs of the testosterone cypionate. I'm thinking about doing the test and HCG 3 to 4 days apart, along with .5mg of Arimidex taken with each. Anybody wanna put their opinion in?

its pretty simple.. 5000 iu's mixed with 5ml of bac water makes 1000iu's per ml. so injecting half a cc would be 500iu's.

You're absolutely right Steve. I sucked in Chemistry. Thanks for the input. FYI, my HCG comes in 10,000iu vials, so I should be in good shape.

There's a TRT doc named Crisler who has written about hcg use in trt. His reccommended protocol is this: Test on Monday, then hcg the two days before the next test injection, e.g., Sat and Sunday.

The theory is that the hcg will kick up natty test while you're injected test is declining, keeping you more level. If you're not having any swings, then just spread em out. Good luck.

Thanks Jake. I knew that I had read this somewhere. I sounds like the same logic that I was using about keeping things level.
