newbie to bodybuilding please help

Ive been trying to get into the body building life style for the past two months and must say i love it and look fwd to the gym every day , so far i have been able to go from 203 -178 and i look ok only problem is i cant seem to get it to go down any further. a normal day for me would be 8 egg whites in the morning followed by a turkey breast sanwich on rye bread 2 hours later followed by a lean body bar then 2 hours later a lean body shake then anoter 2 hours later a lean body shake and for dinner i would have eather chicken breast with veggies or steak with a salad etc then afta work out i would have a protein shake i weight train 4 days a week and run 4 times a week am i doingsomething wrong cause i still got a lil bit of a belly please help

You just have to zero in on your diet now.

thanks for the reply but is ther any thing easle i can do bsided diet like maby a diffrent fat burner i been takeing hydroxycut and its working but i cant gt past 178
 
From my own limited expereince, I know that the body will hit a sticking point sooner or later just like in weight training. If you eat the same way all the time you'll get there sooner or later. You have to cycle your food and calories, keep it guessing. You might want to start eating more for a few days, and then get back into it
and gradually cut down and then eat more and so on. So your bodyfat will flucatuate a bit, but over the long tem its actually going down. Sure its slower, but you can stretch it out for longer and won't hit a sticking point.
 
I just got the big bag of whey gainers protein from gnc its 117 calories a serveing if i add this into my diet will it put on fat . its got like 3 grams fat per serveing and low carbs
 
well mondays i do chest usually 4 sets 10 for each exercise , then i do abs and then 45 mins cardio ,tuesdays i do back , wed i do legs,abs and cardo, thur i do shoulders and fri its bi, tris,abs and cardio and last sunday 45 mins cardio
 
also i was thinking of incorperateing some cell tech into my diet do u think i should start this now or wait till im in the low bf percentile?
