I know I can find parts of what I'm looking for if I do a 3 hour search, but I would rather get it right the first time.
I'm 165-170 lbs. I've been working out for over 8 years. My body fat is at 7% as of a month ago. I'm a hard gainer. I can bench 310, squat just under 400. But I stay relatively the same size. My question is: What would a best first cycle for me be.
I can get my hands on Dec-Durabolin, Primoteston, and possibly a few others. I'm not in the US, so getting things over the counter is pretty much at will. (easy)
I eat right and go big everyday. For the past couple years I have been wanting to just add some bulk. I'm not trying to win any shows, but I want to keep my gains as much as possible.
Again, i'm not trying to look like I inflated over night. Ultimately I would like to put on about 20-30 pounds and keep it.
What are your recommendations as far as cycle/amounts and what to take after the cycle is over.
