Its All Genetics New member Sep 25, 2005 #4 if you want to bulk you have to eat more cals then you burn... for me this means eating everything and anything. it means loosin a bit of my 6 pack.. i eat massive amount of beef but more importantly lots and lots of carbs. eat whole what bread and pasta. i use to finish off everyday by eating apint of ice cream. this is for an all out bulk and an ectomorph try things out see how ur body re acts
