Newbie Needs Help

HeadCaze

New member
Ok I am new and want to know where to start.

My build and personal info:
23
5'11''
250lbs
I lift arms one day legs the next in a continuous cycle.
I realy want to just tone up to start.

Can some of you more experienced people inform me on what I should start out with.I want to know what I should start out taking as far as steroids go. With whatever you suggest can you include response times and maybe links to documentation on the steroid.

Thanks

I assume you are looking for some advice on working out...try posting this on the Weight Training/Weight Lifting forum.
The short answer is that you need to train your entire body...not just your arms & legs. You need to start a basic routine training large muscles to small. I suggest starting with your legs (thighs, hams, calves), back (including your lats), chest (rib cage & pecs), shoulders (traps & deltoids), & finally the arms (biceps, triceps, forearms). If you're just starting out, I would suggest training a bodypart either once per week or every five days or even starting out with some basic exercises & training the entire body in one workout three times per week...you probably should try a couple different schedules & find out what works best for you/your schedule.
Also, at 5'11" & 250lbs you don't say what your body fat % is but it sounds like perhaps you should include some cardio in your workouts...maybe start out with 20 min sessions 3 times a week. Diet is also a key factor; you need to make sure you get enough protein to support your workouts.
Hope this helps.
