Newbie Needs Help

im 16 155lbs 5'11 very lean. 6% BF. I was thinging about getting some gear, but wanted to get some info before i blow all my money. can yall please give me some basic info. i am a wrestler and want to be strong, but stay as lean as possible. could ya'll please give me some advice, id really appreciate it. i need to know what to get and how much to use, and how much it will probably cost me. thanks alot.
 
Please, don't use gear at this point in your life.

At 16 you still have some growing to do and a good bit of puberty to go though taking gear can really screw all of this up and you don't want to live with the consequences of that...

Sounds like you are in pretty good shape with decent low body fat. At this point in your life your hormones (GH, Test, etc) are absolutely perfect for natual growth. Really, all you need to do is eat and train right. Eat a lot, train hard and size WILL come.

ok thanks, but i forgot to mention, i do have some insulin i just started using, but im not using much at all, but anyway what supplements and shit should i do, i have creatine and protien, what else? Also, i was originally weighing 162, and started trying to cut weight, i got down to154 but felt really weak. the classes go 152-160. i dont know which to do, cuz i wanted to go 152, but i dont want to be weak as hell. got any suggestions?

You know you can easily put yourself in the hospital, or a coffin, if you misuse your insulin. Even easier to gain unwanted fat with it too...

How did you cut from the 162? What was your diet like? When do you need to be 152 by? Creatine will help you retain water, so that will push your weight up...
