Newbie needs help with T3/Albuterol/DNP

wannabe2000

New member
hello All,

I am new to the board, just officially registered but I have been researching for months.

I was hoping for some help.
>
>I recently purchased some DNP, albuterol and t3. while I was
>waiting for
>the DNP I wanted to start a cycle of T3/albuterol but wanted to
>know what
>would be the best dosages. I have both in liquid form from a
>reliable
>source that has been mentioned on almost every board I have
>visited.
>
>Here is what I have:
>
>Liquid Albuterol (in favor of clen, I did not like the shakes I
>got and read
>that albuterol was a bit better)
>30ml - 4mg/ml
>
>
>Liquid T3
>30 ml - 50mcg/ml
>
>Both come with the regular droppers with the black top.
>
>Any help would be greatly appreciated. My goal is to lose some
>serious body
>fat before July 2007 but ofcourse I want to be safe.

Some info about me:

Female
5' 8"
current weight: 220lbs
goal weight: 150lbs

Current workout (almost non existent because of a crazy work schedule - 20 hr days)
previous workout (2 or 3 times a week boxing with a trainer, with 20-45 minutes of cardio a day)

"Diet"

Pretty poor because I work nights but most often I try and eat high protein low carbs (burger no bun, with a little ketchup for taste, chicken breast, turkey)...I dont get much sleep so even with a great diet I would probably need alot of help. Also, I dont each much but I do tend to binge because I wait so long to eat and i usually get one meal a day, on a good day two meals.

My plan is to return to try and return to 5-6 small meals a day even if i have to force myself and drink lots of water instead of ginger ale like I do now.

Any help will be greatly appreciated. I know this is hardcore but I am desparetly trying to get back my lean body from yester year. (I use to work out with some hardcore dudes in NY)

i would recoment that you get your diet and training down first, if you are not progressing w/o drugs then using drugs will not help. drugs should be used to boost results, not to create them. With that said you dont have enough t-3 or alb to do much of anything, as far as dnp goes, i would not trust the dosing of the capsules (i'm assuming you bought capped dnp) to any1 but myself, if they are overdosed at your weight it would be pretty easy to do some serious health damage. If you bought powder dnp then you will need to cap it first and thats another post all by itself.

My recomendation is, get your 3 meals in +2 mrps (if you dont have time to cook), sleep an hour less and use that hour for working out. Once you get the fat loss going then repost for more help, we will be needing your diet/training info and your stats.

very very scary that someone (a female) as far overweight as you are, W/OUT a clear picture of your diet... would resort to DNP and T3...

you are asking for serious problems... DNP can kill you, let alone the muscle tissue that the T3 will eat since you obviously wont be eating properly or supplementing in a way to spare muscle .....

I know its hard, but you need to get your diet, and cardio in check.....Just because you work 20 hour days, dosent mean you cant do it.....trust me, a couple years ago i was 240lbs 5'5, no muscle, bad bad diet (big macs w/ extra extra sauce (yeah i would tell the person at the counter "extra extra sauce", 20 pc mcnugget w/ 5 BBX sauces and super sized frie!, 4x a day 7 days a week), smoker (4 packs a day) and died of exhostion if I did any type of excersize.... and was depressed, low self esteem. Nothing that happens fast will stay...if you loose the weight with albuteral, DNP and t3, and none of these things are in checkyou will put the weight back on....its not a diet in a life style change.......Go to local health stores, get some vitamins, cleanse your body, get on EFA's and fish oils, change your eating habbits, work out at least 3x a week (preferbly 5-6 days) get the brain chemicals working properly, speed up the metobalism, and in a couple month is you want to try those hings, try it.....but I will tell you DNP, you may loose alot, but comming from somone with experience using it...if you dont have the "will" you will loose weight but put the weight plus more back on.....when i used it, i had bad carb cravings, felt sick for 10 days, sweat baddly, smelled bad, got sick on day 8, weighted my self 4 days after, ( water retention has to go down to see the weight loss) well, about 9 days later i put the weight back on plu 3 lbs because the carb cravings got me......You dont have to start running in your work out, start slow and increase, when you see progress, you will want to do it more and more, and you will see great results without those drugs.....when your all fit, and want to still do these things....go ahead, but always do the research and know your goals, work for them and you will accomplish them.....I always said to my self "Dont give up" by me sayinglittle things like that in my head, it really helped me acheive my goals....its not all strength, diet, ardio, ect....a big part of it is mental too....

Good Luck!

ain't no magic pill that makes you loose weight. Try the push and stand diet.

Push the Big Mac away, Stand up and go to the gym.

Well that is why I joined the board, I wanted help with the proper dosages and any help with the diet plan.

I have already been working on improving my diet and dont plan on using DNP and T3 without modifying it.

I have been able to lose 10-15 bouncing back and forth with 5lbs in the last couple of months just with rearranging my diet and getting in some workouts. The problem is, I can't seem to maintain with just that and I have been at 220 for the longest, hence my going to T3 and DNP.

I have used clen/T3 in the past to aid in my fat burning and it was helpful. Only thing is, this time around I am using liquid and I am uncertain as to the dosages.

thanks for your reply

I am a newbie to the board and to DNP. I have used T3/clen combo in the past in pill form. I have trained in the past but lifestyle changes and work demands have caused a shift in my schedule.

"Newbie" and "DNP/T3" should never appear in the same sentence.

the bouncing back and forth makes since....your matabolism is being screwed with.....straiten it out, and loose the weight the healthy way, because if you dont, you will not keep the weight off.

have you seen The Biggest Loser??

You think they are using any EXTREME supplements like DNP?

No, they do it the old fashioned way, diet and exercise, EXACTLY how you should be doing it.

You will never be any better off than you are right now if you dont fix ur diet and lifestyle first... a pill is Never the answer

amen brotha!

That's some serious shit you're planning! Before I took DNP, I'd find a new job! I find it easier to eat while working b/c it can be much more structured! In the situation you explain, I wouldn't even think of putting that shit near me

Wow. I wanna support you in your goals & efforts, but the best thing I coudl tell you is to toss the DNP.

Sounds like you feel like you are stuck but given what you listed as your current 'lifestyle' - your body is doing nothign more than reflecting that lifestyle. It doesn't have a chance in hell of getting anywhere if you don't get that lifestyle straightened out first - honestly and consistently for at least a couple months. You're lining up some strong ass drugs to force your body to do something I doubt is equipped to do and if it can, it will rebound like crazy when you come off.

You are certainly allowed to be your own personal chemistry experiment, but as someone who trained balls to the wall for over 15 yrs before getting the diet understood & in order and since have done 30 lb weight swings due to 'life' as well as competition prep --- if your diet aint' doing it, review your diet. Your body can only respond to how you fuel it.

And not to sound harsh - but the fact that you would consider stuff like DNP and other controlled substances before committing to the simple changes of diet (i.e. makign the time around a job and life) is telling me you are either looking for the quicky fixes or need to refocus on the very unsexy but very reliable diet. For everything I've learned abotu diet & training over 25 yrs of lifting and 6 yrs of competition prep - your diet is your best tool.

Ok sorry - stepping down from rant. It doens't happen fast but it happens.

4 packs a day how did you kick that habit? I am suprised though at how many fitness chicks and bodybuilders when cutting smoke like crazy atleast at my gym there are some, especially the fitness girls, I wonder how they do it? The fitness girls will run three miles then be smoking in the parking lot on the way to their car...amazing.

i still smoke, just dropped down to about 1/2 pack a day now...and slowly winging myself off, the habbit is much worse then getting of heroin (experience)................"If they smoke they poke"
