Newbie needs Help with running test cycle

34yo male 5'11, 150, in good shape but alittle on the skinny side, Ive been working out about 3-4 times a week at the gym and going push up and pull ups everyday for the past 7 years, Ive done 1 cycle quick 6 week cycle of test last year, I was able to get my hands one a bottle of super test 400 and a bottle of sustanon 300, and some nolvadex could someone please give me some suggestions on what doges and etc I should do? should I mix them? the guy I got them from told me to start out with half cc of each every 5 days then work my up to 1 cc of each for a total of 2cc every 5 days but that seems like alot for a newbie. thanks for any help guys.
 
Do alot of research on here. You definitely need to eat more if you're 5'11'' 150!!! Eating a shitload of clean food is the best advice for you.
A cycle similar to this would be good for you.
1-10 Sustanon 500 mg wk (since you already have it)
Have hcg and Arimidex on hand for when you need it.

Post cycle therapy- Nolvadex 10mg ed, Testosterone Recovery Stack, Unleashed
Look into these products and have everything you need before you start your cycle.

Great to have you here mate ,

But i gotta say dont be shoting anything until you get your diet fixed , you will need to learn how to eat and train big to be big , a cycle would be a waste of cash , you need to be more inform about what you are putting into your body .

Post up your diet so i can have a look at it and then we will look at your training , its prolly not what you wanted to hear but i have your best intrests at heart and the gear will still be there latter .
