Newbie needing additional advice

Thanks to everyone that responded to my earlier post. Very good advice.
Based on what everyone said, I will be staying natural for at least a year b4 trying as. I have gotten pretty good results so far. I am 6'3", 190 lbs, 10% bf, 35 yrs old. I have been lifting for 3 months (3 times a week) and have added 12 lbs to my frame. In an effort to get the most out of natural gains, can anyone advise me on the best supplements to take besided the creatine and protien shakes I already take. There seems to be so much out there and I would like to know what works and what is bs. For example, natural testosterone boosters. Any advice is welcome. Thanks
 
Others may tell you differant, although aside from protien I won't spend a cent on anything other asfar as supps go, Waste of money. I eat FISH & Chicken like its going out of style. I'd spend more on good clean food before taking any prohormone.IMO.
Good luck and 12pds clean is very good. Keep it up.
