Newbie Need To Gain Mass Help!!

im 5'9 140lbs, (thin) 23yr, reading and still dont know how to start, my goal is to gain 25lbs, how should i start, i am considering steroids but ofcourse not gonna start using them right away but i do want to gain fast. i live close to mexico so i can go over there and get sum if i decide to use them....thanks any advice is appreciated!
 
its this stuff called food..... you should try it...

after you do one full 16 week cycle of FOOD,

come back and post your results...

At 140lbs. Hit the Food hard and hit the weights heavy. You can gain alot more than that before you start a cycle.

oh sorry forgot to mention i did try the food thing and the serious mass supplement but still nothing, thanks for the replies even the smart ass one
 
have u tried eating heavy till you were going to puke or explode, have u tried working out for hours on heavy lifts without running. Do u get goood sleep?

140 pounds at 5'9, u shouldnt start doing steroids. wierd cuz i was that small in the 9th grade and im only 6ft, 195# 23 years of age.

Most grocery stores have one. As long as you're getting your 300-400 grams of protein and some good fats you can grow like an animal eating junk. Most the guys here are afraid of bulking. They want to do a "lean mass cycle". The fact is you won't grow very much doing that. They end up wasting most their gear because they don't take in enough calories to maintain postive nitrogen retention. I gave up years ago posting over and over that you shouldn't worry about gaining fat while you bulk. And now that we have Sesapure and Glucorell you don't even gain that much fat.

i live in south texas like 15mins away for the border and i have crossed them over before for my horses (EQ), the US customs agent said it was ok as long as they were gonna be used on an animal

Go on a bulking diet, I have a good number of articles about bulking in my articles section.
 
Do Squats, Deadlifts, BB Rows, Flat Bench, and Chins - forget everything else. If you know how to power clean or any of the other Oly lifts incorporate them for speed work as well.

Then eat 5-6k cals a day - whatever you want - if you don;t grow then you need more cals - up it to 8k. Point is you have to find your base and add from there - gaining weight is maintaining a caloric surplus instead of a caloric deficit.

Compound lifts like the ones above are the way to grow - it is what has been done for years to get strong and big - leave the machines for the girls as they are a waste of time and energy at this point in your training.

If you can't squat ATF learn that first b/c it is the MOST important thing you can do to grow period.
