Hi there! First want to say that you have awesome board here, I have learned a lot of things, respect for that. I'm planing my first cycle and want to share it with you.Will be glad if you help me to make it better.here are my stats and what I'm going to do:
21yo,working out for 5 years till now
5'97 188lbs ,maybe around 12-15% BF I don't know exactly
I want to gain 20lbs
I'm going to take:
1. Omnadren (Sustanon) 10 weeks -500mg/wk (E2OD x 250mg)
Why Omnadren? I know that the test shoud be the base on every cycle Why not enanthate or testosterone cypionate? Becouse I'm not sure that I can get them legit,so many fakes around where I live,but I can get Omnadren from all the pharmacies and will be sure 100% it is legit.This is the only concern of using omnadren instead of en or testosterone cypionate.
Why E2OD and not EOD? I know that it's best to take sustanon EOD,becouse of fast esters but one amp Omnadren is 250 mg,so will be hard to divide the amoun to more than one shoot,and one more thing this is my first cycle so I don`t think to inject myself EOD,too many shots for newbie.Hope E2OD have the same effect as EOD
2.Winnstrol 6 weeks 50mg/day tablets
Why not Dianabol - methandrostenolone - ? I know Dbol is stacked perfectly with test and is used to kick start the gains but It's too androgenic for me to use 2 androgen steroids.So I decided to make a little compromis with my gains and to go for more safer cycle and to obrain less water retentiona,more clean mass and less liver overflood.
Here is my big problem.When to use the Winstrol - stanozolol? First 6 or last 6 weeks,or maybe 8 weeks?
3.PCT - post cycle therapy - - Tamoksifen (Nolvadex) 2 weeks after the last Omnadren shoot as 40,40,20,20 for 4 weeks and some HCG - human chorionic gonadotropin - for maybe 1 week with 250iue EOD
So my cycle looks like:
1-10 Omnadren- around 500-550mg/week (2x250mg E2OD)
4-10 Winny - 50mg/day tabs
12-13 Nolvaldex - tamoxifen citrate - 40mg/day
14-15 20mg/day
and maybe HCG - human chorionic gonadotropin - 250iu EOD for one week (week 11 or 12)
