Usually for breakfast I'll have one hard boiled egg, one piece of toast (unbuttered), some fresh fruit or veggies-most of the time a few strawberries, a sliced plum, kiwi, grapes, a banana, celery sticks, or raw baby carrots, i try to switch them around so I don't get bored- and a glass of 2% milk. Sometimes I have a half a cup (uncooked) oatmeal, with one hard boiled egg, and again some fruit or veggie. Lunch is usually a tunafish sandwich and small salad-lettuce, tomatoes, broccoli, carrots, etc. And dinner usually consists of some sort of meat... steak with steamed broccoli, or mixed veggies.. gound beef with mashed potatoes and veggies... chicken and veggies, or chicken and salad, etc. I have a protein shake after my workout, and sometimes one throughout the day as a snack. I usually go to the gym later on in the day, most of the time I have dinner an 30 min-1 hr or so before going, other times I have a snack or my lunch about 30 min-1 hr before and then have dinner after I get back. Once in a blue moon I'll wake up early enough to go in the morning, but that is not the usual case. Any ideas or suggestions?? I need all the help I can get!!
