Newbie here and Looking to Cut

Hey guys, I pretty much spent all of last night and this morning reading posts. There are alot of people here who seem to know their stuff.

I am 29 yrs old, 6ft2, 210 lbs, very natural...never done steroids in my life and know basically nothing about them.

Recently I have just hit a wall, and want something more. I am looking to completely cut up. I just can't get the results I want. I have asked certain people at the gym, and looked on the message boards here, but so many different opinions on things.

I do not need to really get any bigger, so not looking to bulk up. I am just looking to completely shred the muscle I have, and have that 6, 8, 12, pack everyone wants.

Can some one point me in the right direction? I have heard at the gym about EQ. Heard about Clenbuterol. Are those cutting agents? I looked on the net, and so much infor on these , but just don't really know.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, and I apologize if any of this sounds stupid. Please forgive the Newbie.
 
no such thing as a "cutting" steroid bro, steroids are ANABOLIC therefore they make you grow, not lose fat or anything else. if you are wanting to cut up and you already feel as if you have enough muscle which you said you did then you don't need steroids, just a diet and CARDIO

everyone comes here wanting to get "cut" and think steroids are the answer, its a MYTH, steroids DO NOT CUT YOU UP, diet does!


now clenbuterol is a diet aid that can help you lose fat yes, equipoise is a STEROID, it will not make you cut
 
Everyone here will basically tell you the same thing diet and cardio is what will make you shredded. My advise would be 40 mins empty stomach cardio in the morning (steady state) and 20 mins HIIT post workout. Keep your diet clean and be patient

As for what what juice you can take. You really need to research them all and find a fit for yourself. But to get you started Winny will make you really hard anavar will do similar but it will give you some size as well. Clen is good but doesnt work for all and be careful with it as it can give you some restless nites and bad shakes.

Other than that research research research

I know the diet thing, my diet is all around pretty strict.

I already do cardio on an empty stomach. I am 210 now...even when i was down at 180 lbs, I did not have the definiton I wanted in my midsection, but my upper body was tone.

I know of someone who took Clen, supposedly it bulked him up, and cut him too. But maybe a myth as someone said.

Now there is talk from this guy at the gym, that there is a a steroid that will cut you, bulk you up a bit, but not much, and you can literally eat whatever you want, and will still give you great results. Is there such a steroid? My friend is thinking of taking that, but he is so dumb as to not ask questions, he will just take it. Only thing he said about it is that is taken by needle, and its a 6 week cycle. Might be called Decca if that is true, not sure as I have no clue.

Not sure body fat%, 6ft2, 210, 34 in waist, but I have been training since highschool and know what I am doing in the gym, so roughly about 12 yrs. Hope the pics turn out, they are very recent. Upper body I am happy with, just not my waist.

bro, first off clen does NOT make you bulk and does NOT make you gain muscle, its actually and asthma medication bro

next, you don't look bad at all in those pics, actually pretty lean, you just need to tighten up your diet and do more cardio, if you look like that and say you are already eating "pretty strict" then you just need to eat even more strict......getting leaner than that is not an easy task bro, you don't need steroids to get ripped at all

I agree, he needs no gear for this but he is far from lean from my perspective. Much more cardio, drop the late carbs and drop calories overall.

Some AS would help him maintain muscle in the calorie deficient diet that he should go to.
 
From your pics you already on the right track. You've definitely laid a nice foundation. If I had to guess, I'd say you're about 12% bf.
Thermogenics, not steroids are where you need to concentrate youself.
Clen would help, but make sure you research before you try it as it can have neg side effects.

Two weeks on, two weeks off is the typical cycling method for clen. This is because after a couple of weeks, it begins to lose it's effectiveness. That's why you take the two weeks off and let it clear the body before starting again.
Start off with a low dosage, 20mcg/ed. Ramp up from there until you find what your body can handle. Stay below 120mg/ed unless you like shaking like you have parkinson's. Many people use a different thermogenic during the two weeks that they are off of the clen. Thermorexin seams to be very popular right now.

By the looks of those pics your pretty jacked and on your way to where you would like to be. Just do what everyone above said concentrate on what you are putting in your mouth. Also I would use a low dosage of test say 250-500 just to help you maintain muscle while dieting and to aid in fat burn.

You don't think he's that lean? Wow, I think he's looking pretty damn good.... I can't enlarge the pics, but they look decent to me.... I'd guess he's more like 10% BF now.... Not in contest shape, but I don't think he's looking for that.... The hard thing about dieting down, is just staying the course and being patient..... Youre not doing anything wrong probably, it just takes time to lose the fat.... Ephedrine and Caffiene stack would help you lose the fat.... Maybe a Clen run too if you feel like it.... You don't need AAS, that's for sure..... I'd say youre damn close to where you wanna be bro..... Just hang in there, make sure you diet is in check, hit the cardio religiously, and you'll be where you wanna be very soon.... Good luck...
