Newbie... First cycle for my ratlet me know...

10 weeks cycle

Week 1-6. D-bol 40 mgs/day. 1-10. Sustanon 250. 500mgs/week
1-10. Deca. 250. 400mgs/week
8-12. Winny. 50 mgs/day

12-15. Nolvadex. 20 mgs/day
12-15. hcg
Arimidex .5 mgs

Height..5'7
Age..34
Weight...175
Bf...15%
Been working out my whole life ... Serious for the last year...
 
too many compounds for a 1st cycle , deca is not advisable for your 1st run a recovery tends to be longer than usual so stick to dbol and sustanon .. save the rest for next cycle
 
Thanks.... But everything else looks ok?...is my pct up to par... I got this cycle from a buddy who has been on and off for about 5 years now.. Should I still run the winni at the end for good cut and low bf numbers?
 
Test only @ 500mg for your first cycle is a better idea..dbol for first 4 weeks is fine ,try 20mg and see how you go.
your pct is weak and you should use the hcg during the cycle, start at week 3 and shoot 250iu twice a week.
more research would have told you that nolvadex post tren is a BAD idea...google it. and save the deca for another cycle too.

Way too much for a first cycle. You will never know whats causing sides. Go with 400
to 500 mg of test for 10 weeks and you will see great results. Of course with diet and bustin your ass in the gym. I would get that BF down also... Read the sticky on roids 101 and do some research on PCT.
 
no bad idea for a first cycle.

you never run nolva for pct after deca. where is your anti-prolactin control? you don't use hcg for pct, you use it as a kickstart for pct.

if you were to run the cycle as is you would blow up like a fish, and gain strength during.. but it would be a lot of water weight, and then during your pct you will crash hard.

this is the type of cycle you will love while you are on (assuming you love water weight and strength gains) then when you come off yikes!
 
Thanks guys... There is soooo much info out there it's hard to swim through it all... You guys and this site are great!! I have read alot and need to read more!! I have been doing about 2 months of part time research and I am not planing on cycling until April so I would appreciate all the help I could get... I am up in Canada so some of the sups are hard to get... But I will source what ever you guys suggest BEFORE I ever pin ;)

I would honestly stay away from Deca all together... After using it a lot in the past I've grown to realize it was the culprit in all my negative results or feelings towards my cycles.. It's gonna bloat u up and when u finally do recover u lose a lot of that size u thought u would keep. The test is good but I'd run the dbol for only 4 wks tho combining that with the test for 10 wks could produce some serious gyno especially if u find out ur prone to it like some are. the winny later on is a good idea I think.
 
^^^i agree, the worst thing about deca is that it sticks around in the system so long. you can get just as good results with NPP and it won't stick around for so long to screw your body up

newbs need to stay away from deca. it will set them back bigtime
 
Thanks for all the great advise... I will drop the deca out of the cycle and work on my pct.... Cut the dbol to 4 weeks... Going to bust my ass... My diet is clean... But it can always be better!!!

Stay away from the deca. It's always the beginners first thought when it comes to starting their first cycle. I've ran it twice thinking I just had a bad first experience with it..... Wrong. Unwanted water weight blows you up yeah but after cycle is a mofo and then you lose all that water leaving you to wonder if it was even worth it. Also if your like me and very light skinned be prepared for the stretch marks down your biceps and under arm pit. I'll never run that shit again. Just want good solid clean gains from now on. The 12 or so weeks of heavy ass lifting when on deca isn't worth it when you can't keep it. Research bro. There's alot more out there with better results. Decas like the poor mans steroid lol. It has it's potential but def not for a beginner. What you heard of it being a get big quick rood was right. That's the reason most guys like I was were quick to jump on it. But you def don't wanna get big quick. Trust me

Npp on the other hand?? Now that's the sh*t!!! I use that on every cycle I run... All the befits to what Deca is supposed to provide and none of the sides or bloating...
 
I would leave out the deca till next time. I would run the test for 10 weeks at 500 mgs a week. I like dbol and I think its a great kick start to any cycle. Run the dbol at 30-40 mgs a day for 6 weeks. The reason for 6 weeks is the sus will really kick in on about the 5th week and the dbol crash wont be as bad. Trust me your body will notice the dbol missing and you will feel crappy for a couple days. Its up to you but you will be thankful you did the extra 2 weeks. As long as your running a liver protector you will be ok. For future reference when you run deca cut it out at least 2 weeks prior to test and have caber on hand to combat prolactin issues should they arise. And no nolva with deca its not a good idea.

Thanks.. I will defiantly ditch the deca... Pct seems like the most important part of this puzzle and there are so many different products.... Also liver protectors any available in Canada you guys can recommend ...

If u have a hard time up there getting ur hands on certain supps then just grab some milk thistle from the grocery or health food store! That will work for u as a good liver protectant. It's the only thing I've ever used for that and I have always had great results and low liver enzymes on my blood work after cycles...
