I'm new here, I've been reading alot, it's a great board for info,
experiences, and great guys. Okay so here it is my newbie cycle after extensive research. I'm 20, 6'2, 190pds (8-10%bodyfat), 2 years weightlifting experience.

1-3wks Dbol (naps) 20mg ED
1-6wks Test Enath (schreing) 500mg
6-8wks Anavar (generic) 40mg
7-9wks Clomid 50mg ED
0.5mg Arimidex ED
I was thinking to taper the anavar to morning only, hopefully to
minimize the post cycle crash. These are my newbie observations (no experience), I thought test is a great base, your body knows it, it's the most natural! The sides are more controlable with arimidex. Deca seemed too suppressive, didn't want sust after hearing of the painful injects (I'm a wimp!). Dbol, low dose I felt was safe and a good kick start. Anavar seems to be getting praises for it's all round safety and effectiveness, also it's lower HTPA suppression, so I thought a great drug to end the cycle. I'll keep on clomid till I feel my test is back.
Okay so with the cycle decided upon, I moved on to the all important training, food, and rest. So here it is:
Food Supp's.
Loads of food.
ALA, Saw Palmetto
Cranberry Ex,
Prolab Whey, Nlarge2
(easy extra 1000cals)
Multivits, zinc, calcium, etc.
Training: 3x wk
1x 20 Squats
1x 20 Deads (alternating with squats)
2x 8 Overhead Press
2x 8 Bench press
1x 8 Bent over rows
1x 8 Curls
1x 8 HAmmer Curls
1x 8 Chins
At first like any newbie, I didn't want to inject, no way, it's like
a drug addict, dangerous, no no. Alot of problems, infections,
swelling, pain, absesses, you name it. But then again, oral only,
stuffed up liver, so there was no getting around it, I'll inject.
Getting anabolics isn't that hard either, especially in UK. From what I read it's legal for personal use! So another problem overcome. Arimidex cost alot, but I wasn't going to take the risk without it. I decided to buy only the ancillaries first! I was not taking a chance.
Now the training, I was going to train hard! But I've only been
training for two years, I bought a barbell, db, 300pds of weights two years ago and been using that. I made great gains, 20pds, then it stopped, my body adapted and didn't want to go further. I wasn't in pain the next day after a workout. I had no bench, no rack, so I couldn't go all out like I wanted to. Heck I couldn't even bench. Then I decided if I was going to juice, I'd join a gym.
So I did. I had a great workout, with the safety equipment, everyone at the gym bigger then me, I pushed to every last rep. Next day I was in pain! YEAH! Then it hit me, I wasn't ready for the juice. With a gym, good diet, I felt I could still progress! I'm only 20, fit, and suddenly I felt I could make gains. Then what all you guys said about waiting, going to your natural potential, I agreed. Health is the most important thing, money comes and goes, even muscle (dare I say it). The gym I went to is quite hardcore, there were obvious juicers, even some young guys like me, massive. But that didn't encourage me to juice.
The opposite I felt I still could use what I got to get bigger. So in
the end, in part thanks to you guys, I decided not to juice (Paradox huh). I wanted to see where my body could go before making the jump, I wasn't interested in competing, I want to get big 220pds lean, but I value my health more. My reasons for juicing was probably vainity and I'm not going to put my health on the line for vanity. I can still gain strength and weight naturally!
