I'm new at this so bear with me. Here's my stats: 6'3", 237 lbs, approx. 15 % bf. I want to be no more than 245. Most importantly I want to be 245 and CUT! 8 lbs doesn't sound like that much to gain but to be cut I've got to gain more than 8lbs of muscle because I've got to loose some bf.
Here's my question: Should I take something like sus and deca to bulk up and then something else to get cut or just take something like eq, winny, masteron, etc. to make small gains while losing bf? Also, should I do a lot of cardio throughout the cycle to cut the bf or will that slow my muscle gains?
