NEWBIE- cycle advice

New member
Hey, whats up bros. I've been hanging out around the board for a while but this is my first post. I was lifting pretty seriously for about 6 years until a year and a half ago when I had to go into the hospital for a while. I got back into the gym about 4 months ago and am progressing at a snails pace. In the past I've done 2 cycles and had great results. In the last one I went 12 weeks with 750 mg. of sus, 400 mg. of deca, and a ml.daily of ref.b. Just about all of my gains have dissapeared.Currently I am:
27yrs.old
6-3''
about 17% bf
235lbs.
I take in about 3000 cal. and about 210-225 gms. of protein. I've been trying too stay away from as much fat as possible, and have been pretty good. I've been going heavy 5 days a week but not getting very solid progression.
I would like to stay within the 230-245 wt range at around 8-10%bf. by June. The last time I juiced I was able to get and stay Very lean. It'll be a few weeks before the student loan $$ comes in so I just want to get some advice on what some of you guys think would be a decent cycle for me to jump start some growth. Again, I feel weak as shit- and I've tried adjusting my diet several times with no luck. Ideally I would like to get in a mass cycle and a shredder by Mid June. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated on cycle/diet etc..
Thanks. :D

You lost me right here. In my opinion, you are not in a position to take advantage of a cycle.

Steroids shouldn't be used as a crutch. Sort out your difficulties. Modify your training and diet until you are making great progress. When you are more impressed with your training than you have ever been, then will be the time to think about AAS.

Silent- I've read a shit load of your posts and I have a lot of respect for your knowledge and I can understand your opinion. Like I said though, I had been working out very hard for 6 years prior and I do know my body and when I am not progressing. Also, I have tried to modify my diet and routine to no avail. I have even gone to my doctor with the idea of using AAS, and he agreed that it could be beneficial for me at this point. I'm not a stupid person nor am I so far removed from reality that I don't know my own body. Like I said, I do value your opinion- maybe I should've added more info about my situation, but let's just assume that I am going to start a cycle within the next few weeks. I have often heard that a test, deca ,d-bol stack does not work as well the second time around as the first. I would still appreciate any cycle reccommendations. Thanks

For the record, I can see that your not some kid looking for the fast track to greatness. I know what it's like to come off surgery and work back for lost gains. However, I've never spent any real time in the hospital. I'm assuming you have experienced quite a bit of retrogression.

Just understand the point that your training and diet are the foundations of your progress.

If you're going to hit a cycle soon, you're going to hit a cycle soon. If your cycles were quite a while ago, there is no reason you could not see great results from a similar cycle. Hell, after the period of detraining you have gone through, I'd wager that a simple cycle of 500 mg of test per week for ten weeks would yeild great results. If you are looking for some bang, try 500-750 mg of test per week, 12 weeks, with 30 mg of d-bol for the first and last 4 weeks of the cycle.

Consider the sides though. I'd love to hit a gram of test and a mouthfull of d-bol for my next cycle. However, it's taken about 9 months for my back to not look disgusting from the last cycle. At this point in time, the sides are simply no worth it.

I'm considering some mini-cycles of fast acting compound(s). That is, I plan on testing 2-3 week cycles with 3-5 week "off" intervals.

I'm sure you have lots of advice comming your way from other members. Good luck.

Yeah, I read your post about the mini-cycle. One of my buddies swore by them and has stayed on pretty much non stop for over a year now and is having great results. As for what you said about the 500mg of test and the d-bol, what kind of d-bol would you consider? I have easy access to ref-b, but alot of guys around me are saying that it's under-dosed. Also, what do you think about the deca? Would you just omit it completely, or stay within the 400mg range? I was also thinking of maybe adding some EQ to maintain vascularity..
Thanks again bro.. I hope I didn't come off like a dick. I have very unusual circumstances right now in which I need a significant change in my musculature within a small amount of time- it has to do with my career. Let me know what you think though.Peace

I have never used deca - and I probably never will, so I cannot comment on it directly. I'm sure it can be a great compound for some, but I have dismissed it as an option for myself for various reasons.

I've only used two kinds of d-bol and one was an independant lab that does not exist anymore. The others were Russian, "arkhan" I think? One word on those - AWESOME!

I'd choose EQ over deca if you want to add one of them. Keep in mind that both the bol and EQ will up red blood cell counts. If you use both don't go overboard with either.

Would you care to comment on your career? Just curious.

Also, any insight on your friends short cycling method.
