Since this is your first cycle, the best and first true mass builder should be a testosterone ONLY cycle. I am assuming with your stats your BF % is relatively low and a good small cycle of testosterone enthanate or sustanon should give you good results with a good mass building diet. You will probably find test in either 1ml amps or 10ml vials which makes for a good ten week mass cycle at 250 mg per week. If you are using enthanate inject 2x per week mon/thurs 125mg (1/2 cc). The ester is a little shorter and will build up naturally well with twice a week injects.
The second logical reason for a test only cycle will be to see how your body reacts to the testosterone on its own, so that as you stack in the future you can pinpoint reactions to other anabolics.
Week 1-10 Test Enthanate (preferred, IMO) or Cyp or Sustanon
If you are noticing questionable sides such as bloating, gyno etc make sure to have Arimidex or Letrozole on hand, 1/2 doses eod......be careful with Letro, as it is very powerful and may hinder gains by shutting estrogen completely down.
If you notice any testicular shrinkage by about week 4-5, make sure to have some HCG on hand, but on this small cycle it should not be necessary. Follow up post-cycle with Nolvadex/Clomid. You should see some fantastic gains in lean mass, as long as you are eating enough (18-20 kcal per pound of bodyweight per day), clean low GI carbs likes veggies and whole wheats and about 200-220 grams of proteins and healthy fats.
