newb 2 week oral only cycle! help!

Im 6' 174lbs taking in about 200grams of protein a day. ive benn training for 4 years. I want to take an oral only cycle for about 2 weeks, i read they are the safest. I dont really wanna use test because of the bloating etc, but ive been reading a lot and heard some good thing about a deca/winny cycle. How does this sound to you guys? or a dbol/winny cycle. I wanna add about 10lbs max with little water retention, mostly looking to add definition to my abs and maybe add a little size. Let me know if you guys have any suggestions! thanks!
 
10lbs is done easy naturally, you dont have to make the jump yet... But since i have been there i know how hard it is not to...

Anyways rule out the deca/winny cycle merely because deca takes too long to kick in. by week two it wont have kicked in, not to mention the point of 2 week cycles is to get your hpta back up to normal and since deca takes 4 weeks to clear out totally 2 on 2 off doesn't work

also winny takes a while to see results.

a good short cycle to me is 4 weeks on 4 off. Dbol and test suspension

if you are deadset on 2 on 2 off then i'd say go suspension-dbol, suspension-fina

However if i were you, i would do an 8 week cycle test and dbol

That was my first cycle and it was great and no sides


if you are worried about the bloat, pick up some l-dex
 
you need to READ READ READ cause you aren't ready to use yet.



If you think test will bloat you up, deca will make you look liek the stay puffed marshmellow man!

im 18 6' 174lbs bench pressing 270, lifting 5 times a week monday thru friday for 1hr 20mins each day then im in track also running sprints, but durring practice im running about 2 - 4 miles a day. ive never run a cycle before but want to start, please dont tell me im too young, because im proably gonna do it anyways, but im going to do it the safest way possible, and with orals only. ive been using an eca stack (hydroxycut) for loosing a little fat, need to cut down a little, also using creatine and L-glutamine. i dont know what my bodyfat is, but proably around what? uhm 15%? dunno, my 100 time is around 12 flat so im obviously not fat. ive been lifting for about 4 years, like i said, im taking in about 200g's of protein a day watching carbs for the most part, and doing both cardio and wt training amost every day
 
Well, to start off, orals ARE the most dangerous way to use AS. They are usually the most liver toxic and have the most sides associated with them. You are young to be using, but like you said, you are gonna do it no matter what so I might as well make sure you don't kill yourself.


Think moderate for your first cycle and get a feel for the effects that some of these drugs will have on you. You don't need a ton of AS to grow, it's only a tool to help you in conjunction with HARD training and STRICT diet. AS is only one shoe of two feet.


I would suggest this:

test enanthate @ 400mg/week for 10 weeks.
dbol @ 25mg/ed for the first 3 weeks
Clomid in week 14


It is cost effective (About as cheap as they come) and extremely effective when coupled with good diet and strict training. I would also suggest that you know ABSOLUTELY everything you possible can about the use of AS before you start. Spend the next month or two reading and PARTICIPATING on these boards daily and you'll pick up a lot of info.
