Do any of you actually make any each year? If so, what will yours be this year?

I don't really have any bad habits that I need to break. I would say my focus this year is as always just spend as much time with my kids as possible doing fun stuff. Also, I need to continue to do better about not sweating the small stuff that I don't have much control over. Stress is so bad for you.

My mom is going to attempt to quit smoking again this year. I hope she finally does it. My dad has been smoke free for 2 yrs now! I am proud of him. I know it is really hard to kick.

Drop down about 65 lbs to my GNC approved weight. Get my BMI under it's current state of morbidly obese. 34.1!!!!!

None they are bull shit IMO when I want to change something or do something diffrently I do it then not at some special time of the year. I am guessing pretty much everyone that makes one here wont follow through.

It took me three years to actually attain my resolution (kept renewing my resolve every year and got *that much* closer) but that didn't mean that I didnt work hard to do it.

My resolution was to not let the negativity of others bring me down. By this year's end I can honestly say I have FINALLY gotten there with bells on! :)

So now I am faced with the quandry of what new resolution to make. Fitness for me isn't a resolution-type thing. It is a part of my life and has been for over 20 years.

I will rekindle my pursuit of having my work published. :) That is my story and I am sticking to it!

This year I'm really going to focus on work and my finances. Everything else is pretty solidily in place, good relationship, in good shape, etc. I'd like to be debt free by the end of the year (about $11000) and have some money saved as well.

I'll probably cut the booze and work on my cardio. I have a me jr on the way and want to be as healthy as possible.
