New Years Resolutions!!??!!??

I'm horny tonight pamela'

here is a copy of the post i made about them on anabolic fitness

I will post some of my upcoming goals too...didnt really think of them as New Year's resolutions but what the hell:


- Also get my shoulder injury fixed, that has been holding me up for so long... will be trying ART therapy - I'll let you all know how it goes

-Gain 15lbs of lean muscle this winter...I put aside all activities to do this.. I plan to use deca/eq/conservative insulin with a replacement dose of test... diet will be 7,000 calories per day ...expect to put on about 25-30 lbs..by mid spring I should be around 230 @ 7-8 percent bodyfat, 6' tall.

-Get a 4.0 this semster taking 12 credit hours, 2 classes and testing out of 2 classes..I have been so lazy in school and not applying myself much and only have a 3.5 which is not really that bad but I want to get a scholarship so it is too low.

-Quit my job at GNC to either work at home if I can swing it or start the process to do some personal training

-Start an internet project with a friend that will help increase people's access to their representatives in Washington

-Find some level of freetime during all this to scoop myself up a girlfriend or at least a couple sex partners.

-Grow my hair out into something impressive
 
I resolve to:

a) make better shine and locate a more reliable thujone supplier

and

b) fistfuck a dirty whore (pronounced "who-er") EOD

Should I accomplish this, methinks I shall achieve self-actualization. If not, I'll get drunk and obnoxious then get myself stabbed numerous times in the old gutsack.

Good goals to shoot for. Being lazy and still maintaining a 3.5 gpa in college. Shit thats pretty damn good.
 
Not as good when I spread the classes out like I do...I take summer classes too...I've gotten a little better but I used to have to force myself to study for even 20-30 min at a time and I would just try to go off the lectures... havent gotten below a B yet though =) ...but I know I can do alot better
 
Seems like I just posted this on another board. :)

To demonstrate more to people that I appreciate them, and not just say it.

To enjoy the present, and not space out thinking about what else I could be doing or could have done. I do that WAY too much, at the expense of enjoying moments that I should.

To listen to my body when it says I need a break from excercise.

If I hit 2 out of 3, I'll be happy.
 
Get back into a 5-7day lifting schedule

Go back to college in the fall(God willing)

Find some loyal friends that support "Gym time" instead of the "Bar time"

Try not to Date someone who's issues are more screwed up then my job who knows maybe I'll find someone who isn't the "Next Ms. Wrong"

Start a records collection with some Ottis Redding, Al Green, and Barry WHite, maybe even some more Dean Martin and Frank Sinatra since those are back home

Keep in touch better with those of you I talk with on here

Continue to Grow as a person and to learn something new everyday, even if it's a new word in the dictionary

Get my weight back up to 215lbs with less then 15%bf
Score a 300 on my APFT , Get Air Assault qualified if I can kiss ass enough to get a school slot

with more to come as I continue to think about this
 
Get into my top choice colelge :)
180 lbs @ 10% bf (currently 172 @ 15%)
315 Bench, 315 squat, 315 Dead (just started deads and squats, bench is 225)
Become a better all around person :)
 
1. Complete my Master's Program

2. Obtain a career in my desired field or

Start a Ph.d. program at Oklahoma or Ohio State

3. Put on 15lbs of lean beef
 
No New Year's resolutions for me Pamela. I evaluate my life periodically and don't wait until one day of the year to do it.
 
My goal is to kick my ass in the gym until I can further injure my wrist to the point where I can get surgery again....all while avoiding another cortisone shot. That's what my dr wants me to do but it's easier said than done. I just need to grow the cysts up a bit more and I can hopefully get it all taken care of again.

My only other goal is to take care of myself and maintain sanity as I prepare to take on an even more stressful schedule with work, school, and training. I am confident that I'll be fine but it'll take a lot of organization to keep myself mentally healthy.

If you ever need rough, hard sex to keep you take off the edge just lemme know when and where we can meet.
