What's with all these find a good source?
Mine is to basically be as healthy as can be. Back in the day, before I became lazy I would get up early, stretch and get some cardio. Well, I'm doing that again now. Every morning I get up, stretch for about 15 minutes then run on my treadmill while watching ESPN. Then I stretch again.
I also gave up all kinds of smoking, wasting money on bullshit, and I'm trying to be a nice guy (impossible).
I'm also giving up all kinds of snack food and Nesquik chocolate milk!!!
