ok guys, let me know what you think. I am not a rookie and have been on and off for the past 3 years. I'm coming off a 4 month rest of juice.
here it goes:
700mgs week of sust. for 10 weeks
75mg eod of tren for 6 weeks
2ius of gh ed for 10 weeks
plan on adding liquidex, just wondering what the dose should be?
I also am taking glutamine and creatine and a multi, and for the liver I will be taking milk thistle. I will lift heavy 3 days /week and jog 30mins every day.
I'm hoping to add about 15lbs of lean muscle. I'm at 190 with 13% and im 28years old. I know that some might feel that GH is a waste but I have used it on other cycles before and find that it helps me with my joints and keeps the fat gain minimal. which is important with all the eating i am going to be doing.
