I think they do. I just picked some up from my dude the other day and the packing and label were a little different. The label looks much cleaner now, also the exp date wasn't until 2004. I don't have my shit here right now or I would explain exactly what it looks like.

they have changed the bottle but not recently. they have the hogram built into the label as a screen. tornel deca has a label with different colors starting with light blue than burnt orange than black ex date is on very bottom. label tends to come off fairly easy but will tear. and the bottle is now clear.
