new to this need help with first cycle

hi im looking at taking deca, and winni. i was told i should start winni a week before deca. not really sure what to do here. im 6 feet and around 185lbs. im new to this. have taken alot of stuff but this will be my first injection. im looking for some size but to stay really cut. thinking of a 10 or 12 week cycle. what would be the bst way to take this for me.
 
welcome bro! stick around here for a while and soak up as much info as possible (including pct). hold off on the gear until you have a good understanding of what it will do to your body. i think you should try to get up to 200lbs natty before you touchg gear. visit the diet forum and some good bros there will help you. btw, deca without test will give you "deca dick". and the last thing u want is to not be able to use your weenie... start by researching testosterone

Welcome bro give us a lil more info like age and years training I would guess you really lean??? I am 6'1" and 205 when I am lean down to 185lbs my BF goes single digits I look great... So for me I dont think your not ready for gear but give us some more stats. Thx
 
test, a good planned out diet, heavy lifts, and cardio will get you what you want easily if you have the will to do it!

im 23 ive been training for 6 years. was almost at pro level in sports but size held me back. ive had trainers and everything before but i just cant put on size. im at 185 right now and can go to 190 but thats as far as i go. it took me years even to get here. i only have about 8% body fat. looking at deca and winni cause i know one other person that was the same body type as me and found the results he was looking for. supplements arent new to me i just find them long and looking for something that takes a little less time. ive looked into this for along time and i find now is the time in my life I can do it and do it safely(as safe as possible) any help would be great. ive got my diet down, and there are a few other pills i would be taking with deca and winni. i have taken M1T and 1AD, and found them to work well but hard on my liver. so pills are out. any help how to take deca and winni for my size or something i should take along with it would be alot of help. thank you eveyone for your help.

Based on your info, you're going down the wrong path with deca and winny. It sounds like you would have a fairly solid training program and diet. Check out some of the stuff in the weight lifting forum specific to adding weight. My advice would be to get on a 5x5 routine (see stickies in on that board). ROIDS without the routine and increased clean calories would leave you dissapointed i fear. I mean you could add a few pounds but why go through the trouble of this shit when you can easily add 15 right?

For now, rid your mind of the winny/deca cycle. Save those for your next cycle when you have a better sense of how your body responds. Do this instead:

Week 1-12 Testosterone E @ 500mg per week
Week 1-14 Proviron @ 50mg per day

Then PCT. See board specific to that topic for info, this is just as important as the cycle

Note: Proviron is a pill but not harsh on the liver. With a decent diet and training regiment you would easily gain 15 lbs on this cycle. More depending on you diet.
 
i believe test e and deca would be a better cycle if you really had to use deca. be sure to talk to needto about pct as he is a pro.
 
I feel like we are very similar as far as height and size,i am 6ft weighing in at 150lbs when i graduated high school. Then i joined the marine corps and 4yrs later i was 175lbs natty, I then did my first cycle of 250mgs sust and 300mgs deca for 8 wks total and i gained 25lbs and lost 5lbs post cycle. keep it simple..its your first time you will blow up! good luck

You have been given some great advice on what to do here. I agree with the others that you should do test by itself, or at least include test with the deca.

I have gifted you a 7 day plat trial so you can better search the boards. I would search for PCT, deca only cycles, and deca sides. I think you will find a lot of valuable info. Good luck.
 
thank you southernlord for the trial i wont let it go to waste. thank you everyone for your help. I think im going to do what onebreath said. going to try that out before i hit up deca. did a little more research and found some stuff to try that might help me the same. I will post how it goes and what Iam taking. i guess deca is going to wait for another day for me. well im sure i'll be back to it once i hit 200lbs. thanks again for all the help.
