New to This got some questions

I started using Sustanon 250mg. Ive been on it for about 3 weeks. Currently taking 1cc once a week. I work out almost everyday taking 2 days off a week for recovery. Im trying to bulk but look lean. Been reading some stuff about Winstrol to lean out guessing that pretty much a fat burner.My upper body is starting to form good and im doing MMA for cardio but still got a gut... I used to wiegh almost 300 pounds 4 years ago so its tuff to get rid of the dam thing so i was looking for a good fat burner out there to stack with the test. Been reading some stuff about stacking the Deca and Winstrol together?

You guys seem to know your stuff here so your input would be great on how much CC's i should use with everthing and what so stack it with.
 
so are you trying to bulk? or cut? if you want to bulk then lay off the cardio and stuff your face all day with shit loads of protein and some moderate carbs and fat. if your trying to cut then move your cardio to early am and alter your diet like not eating any carbs except for first meal and post w/o meal. your sus dose is really low and probably to unstable.
 
I guess you can say im trying to bulk. But im dont wanna be one of those guys that people look at and say "is that guy fat or muscular "? But i guess if im trying to bulk up the fat will eventually decrease with the muscle coming in. But people are telling me to stack the test with winstrol so speed up the fat loss.

body fat: Not sure, Got a stomach on me but got definition in most others parts of body arms,shoulders, back etc

years training:Been doing MMA for about 2 years and lifting on and off for 2-3 years. I started lifting almost everyday since november 08 with 2 days a week for recovery.
 
this is what i would do now if i where you with your goals. i would bulk the shit out of this cycle gain as much muscle as you can. by dropping the cardio eating big (high protein) and up your sust dose to 250 mg 2x per wk (500 total mg ew) then for your next cycle run test prop 100-150 mg eod and winny depot drink 50mg ed both for 8 wks. and do your cardio early am and evening carb cut to work on your gut but still build some muscle.
