New to this could do with some help

Hey people am kieran and i am 28
12 1/2 stone
Slim build I have tried a few things to put weight training and eating just doesn't cut it for me so last year I started d-bol Wich didn't really work so I started sus and deca wich gave me a slight increase in size so I then started taking omnadec jabs and they were great size started to come on but unfortunately I can't get hold of this any more.
I have had a break now some one suggested oxybols so I have started a course of them Iam taking two 50s a day which total 100mg. But to be fair I seem to feel like I can't lift as much as I used to
Could any one help me to work out a good course that would help me get some good gains please thanks.

We need your stats. I know your 175 lb (12 1/2 stone). But what is your height and bf?

Plus ill tell you right now, FOOD is the way to size. I want to see your diet plan and workout schedule/program.

you are jumping from one compound to another and to be honest you need to learn more before going any further.

magic pills...quick gains... its a load of shit.

post up your full stats ...your diet and what your training routine looks like and we can start from scratch and help you.
 
I train like 4 times a week and I also have weights at home that I use so I pretty much train all the time. But like I said I am new to this and with your reaction I have obviously been told a load of shit lol I don't really have a diet plan once again I have never been told were to start

You need to thoroughly research a bulking diet plan (you can find some examples on here) and find the right, disciplined workout routine that will give you the ability to make and keep gains without gear to start. AAS are not magic formulas that will give you gains, and help you keep them, that you could not have achieved naturally. Gear can help break through plateaus and help lay the groundwork for long term gains, but if you don't have your diet and training together, it will just be a waste of time. How old are you?
 
I am 28 5ft10 12 1/2stone thanks for the response how can I get a good diet I have no idea were to start

There are examples of bulking diets in the forums. Here is an example of the kind of stuff you will find.

this is what i want you to do. there are gonna be 2 ways to gain mass and you need to do both properly.

1. workouts- hit the weight room hard, there is a workout technique in my signature of a push/pull/legs workout i put together. do NOT do any cardio right now. just lift weights.

2. diet-- I want you to eat a meal every 2 hours while you are awake, and drink lots of water.

breakfast is crucial. i want you to eat some homemade/organic waffles or pancakes. sprinkle some whey protein on top. eat them with honey. also I want you to buy Ezekial bread or millet bread and eat it with several scrambled or boiled cage free eggs.

eat a snack after 2 hours. preferrably fruit or a salad/green veggie

lunch: chicken, turkey, pork.. pick one and eat half a pound of it minimum. with brown rice and a sweet potato.. dont be dunkin it with gravy or sauce or it will kill your appetite for the rest of the day! try to eat it dry with some lemon on top

eat a snack after 2 hours. prefferably fruit or a salad/green veggie

dinner: grassfed steak half a pound with brown rice and a sweet potato.

after 2 hours snack on some almonds and goat yogurt with brown rice or leftovers from earlier meals.

get in 8 hours of sleep. next day rinse and repeat. try to mix around the foods you are eating. but keep with every major meal protein, carbs, and calories. remember you are bulking!

This is the right place for you to get all the information you need to make some real gains in the most informed way possible. Get your training and diet together. You can post questions and concerns as you go, just make sure you put them under the Training?Diet category. Down the road you may want to consider some cycles and once again, this is the right place for all that too. But first, max out your natural potential. Enjoy your training.
 
you need to go to the diet and bodybuilding forum and get the proper help that you need... steroids are not anything you need to be concerned with right now...
 
Thanks for the help guys think some shopping is needed get some good food stocked up and get bulked up all that food seems a lot but a will give it a good go if that's the way forward then thats the way am going can any one suggests any ways to increase my appetite.

My friend, I too have a slim build. It doesn't matter what compound you are using, if your training and diet are not in order. You must first be at your natural limits in all aspects of your training. Look up bulking diets in the nutrition forum. We are all a miracle no matter what shape and size. AAS will not make you have a bigger frame. Wrists, ankles.. stay pretty much the same. If you want to grow, personally, I'd suggest a simple 250mg/wk Test E, with a dbol (u sure what u had was legit?) or my fav, Turinabol.. kick start, followed by anavar for the last 4 weeks 40-50mg/day is wicked. Be absolutely sure you have anti estrogen on hand before you start anything unless you want bitch tits. And lastly the most important thing. Research PCT, and the different philosophies on it here. No joke the shit shuts your homone production off man. U want to grow now, well if PCT is not in order, you will be struggling more a few months after your cycle than you are now. Yea pretty sure mate I am new to this but a lot of my friends have been at it for years and are a lot bigger and the person they get of supplys a lot of grams so yea it should be. It's pro-chem stuff that I am getting at the minute. Could any one recommend a course for me.
E.g. what gear to use , how much to use in a week , estrogen , how many times to jab , just all the basics really I would ask my friends but to be honest there a bit like stick it in every muscle take this take that a bit extreme.

honestly do this..

when you wake up, eat 2 breakfasts. One as soon as you wake up.. lots of quick absorbing carbs like waxy maize or even sugar.. with whey protein. You will want to consume 150 grams of carbs and 40-50 grams of protein. Then about an hour later you will want to eat a shit load of eggs. 6-8 whole eggs with the yolk, 2 cups of milk, and 2 cups of oatmeal with as much syrup and sugar in it as you want.

snack throughout the day.. preferable on healthy things with a good source of protein.

go to the gym.. LIFT HARD, LIFT HEAVY.

when you are done lifting.. consume the same thing you did as breakfast number 1. protein shake, and quick absorbing carbs.

then drive to your local chinese buffet.. or pizza buffet.. basically any buffet you prefer and eat until you cant anymore.

do this for a month and i bet you will be happy with the results !!

Right so I am sort of getting an idea now of how I need to be eating am getting stocked up with shit loads of meat brown bread brown rice eggs weigh protein also got amino acids got a nice list building up.
Just need to put it all together and get a diet plan that works for me.
Now I just need some ideas on what gear to use. And how much I should use to get best gains
I have also had a read up on pct but if any one has any good advice on what to use and how much. Am open to all the advice I can get hoping to start a course soon.
And I have also worked some gym session routines out

What I have said in most of my posts is I am new to all this and could do with a heads up I haven't mentioned any weight for any part of my body training wise I do my full body over the week.
But like I said if you have any tips I am open to any help

Right guys got all my stats I am actually 12stone 1 my height is 5ft 11 my Bmi is 23.4 is there anything else I need and I am 28

post up a pic bro. you might just be an ectomorph which means genetically you will always struggle to put on muscle mass. so best thing is to set realistic goals. and remember if you cannot gain OFF steroids, then whatever you gain on steroids is just gonna go poof after. build up a strong base.

again.. read my 2 links in my signature. I used to be skinnier than you too in my day.. everyone on this board for the most part were twigs when they were younger.. it takes years in the weight room to build a nice base to work with.. I weighed 120 pounds soaking wet when i was a teen.

Bulking and cutting is less about the drug and more about the diet and exercise plan. The only reason some AAS is chosen for cutting more than other is because they often have a lower chance of water retention etc.

Also, BMI is a worthless figure. My BMI has me clearly in the "Obese" category yet my BF percentage is way below average.
