Hello! I am new to this site, just joined today! My boyfriend has been a member for quite a while now and just let me in on his little secret of where he gets all his fitness advice! I generally refer to him with questions, however I am looking forward to learning about my workouts, diet and supplmenets myself. I have a lot of questions and would appreciate any advice I can get!

Hello and Welcome!!!

I look forward to that!!!:

Well, I have been working out for years in the gym, heavy on the cardio and machine weights. I stayed away from free weights because , honestly, I was intimidated. When I started dating my boyfriend, he taught me about free weights, educated me on the benefits, and I have been working with them ever since. I love them and love seeing benefits.

I am currently 5'5, about 134lbs. I had my bf measured and was told it was about 27%, however others have said that seems high for me. I am in pretty good shape, however I am working diligently at dropping my bodyfat and increasing my muscle. I eat pretty well, very low carb, low fat.

I just started a new workout with lifting M, W, F and cardio T,TH, and Sat. This feels very low for me on cardio, but I am told it should be enough. Any opinions?

I was discussing Anovar with my boyfirend and am curious to hear anyone's opinions and/or suggestions! He actually posted a message regardng this on this board earlier today.

hello & welcome! :)

How long have you been working with the free weights?
If you've been a long time cardio girl and light-lifter you might have a higher bf% than you think. :worried:

I have been lifting free weights regularly for 5 months now. As I mentioned, I love it. I used to go to the gym and run on the treadmill fr r45 minutes, then do light machine work. In the last 5 motnhs, I have started doing 3 days of cardio at anywhere from 30-45 minutes and three days on increasingly heavy lifting. Is this enough cardio?

Also, anyone have any comments on Clen?

Hi Genie, and welcome :) I'm a newbie myself, joined about a week ago. My then boyfriend, now fiance was the one who introduced me to elite land too. It's great, lots of good info, very helpful.
