Specs-6' 217lbs. Probably 16% BF. Clean diet around 4200-6200 calories, one screw up a week.

Training regimin is M&T on, W off, TH&F on, S&SU off. Wendler 5/3/1 in the AM followed by Crossfit WODs in the PM.

Third month of this regimin, but I am a month away from 25 and have been training since I was 17. I am looking for recovery support as well as strength gains. I am not concerned with BF (as long as it doesn't get in my way), as I know my body will reflect my diet and training. I want to participate in athletic events pitted against other persons, thus my training schedule.

I have called my Dr. and I have an appt set up to get blood work done, and I am posting here in order to get advice on what restorative supplements I should be looking at, along with cycle duration and PCT couplings.

Okay so you want cycles for athletic performance....and strength gains?

If you have never run a cycle before then most will suggest you run a test only cycle
Test E 500mg 1-10
aromasin (anti-aromatose to combat any estrogen related side effects) 12.5 EOD
Optional: Dbol 30mg 1-4 (for strength)
hcg 8-12 1000 IU a week (2 times per week)
hcgenerate supp 1-8 (optional IMO)

PCT: 12-16
Clomid 25mg
DAA
Unleashed/pct combo
Forma Stanzol

optional: ostarine 25mg

then an optional SARMS triple stack bridge afterwards........

What if I have played with prohormones before? I did 3 cycles of LG Sci Masterdol and M1D, and about 6-8 months ago took what I believe was a trib style substance and anti aromatase.

YES, athletic performance and strength gains.

Also, my Oly coach wants me to add in C&J and Snatches 2x a week each. I tried adding them in a week ago, and I couldn't physically handle working out 3x a day 4x a week plus a random workout thrown in. If I cycle on, proceed, cycle off, will I be able to better handle the workload?
 
Blender shakes. First recipe is fruits and veggies and equates to about 530 calories, second is a protein/carb/fat and equates to about 860, and I drink two a day along with small snacks/meals+protein shakes.

1 cup greek yogurt
3 whole eggs
1 cup frozen berries
1 cup kale, raw, on the stem, smooshed to fit in to measure
1 cup spinach
water to preference consistency


next
1/2 cup oats
1 cup whole milk
1 medium (7-8") banana
3 tbsp peanut butter
1 scoop cytosport protein powder (27 grams)
water to preference consistency

Meals are usually 2 chicken breasts+1 cup fruit+oatmeal, or 3 eggs, scrambled and peppered, cracked sourdough wheat toast (buttered or peanut butter), and fruit.

My screwup meals/snacks can go from butterlovers popcorn+extra butter+garlic salt to a whole bag of flaming hot cheetoes+soda to a half a large pepperoni and bacon pizza, etc.
