New to dbol - dianabol - would like some advice

Hi guys

I've been training solid for about 3 years, steroid free.
My diet is spot on, my training is pretty good.
Generally, I feel like I've achieved a certain goal, but I'm just not GAINING enough, no matter how much I eat, how much I train, rest, etc.

I'm about to go into my first cycle of dbol, and wondered whether there's any good tips EXISTING dbol users can share with me?
I believe these are 5mb (pink) tabs per tab.
Is it a 4 week cycle? (taking 25mg per day, that's 5 tabs a day).
What other advice can you give me with this?
I have a few friends who train on dbol, and (clearly) are loving it.
No dumb side effects, they lead pretty healthy lives and are looking great!

i like tbol, test and dbol is one of the best mass strength stacks for the dollar. for a first time user go with
1-10 test 250 or 500mg a week
1-4 dbol 25mg everyday

for a first time user of dbol with good diet u should expect 4 pounds a week, most iwll b water but u will b strong as a mofo, one time on dbol my bench went up 60 pound in 4 weeks

what is test exactly? i haven't heard of this?

Ok, so 4 tabs a day. with food, without food?
can you drink alcohol on this? (i'm not a big booze hound, but I like my bars and clubs!)

so i understand most of the 'gain' will be water retention, will this retention 'go' intime and turn into muscle if I keep my training up?
for starters, I'll do what it suggested (4 tabs a day, morning, mid-morning, afternoon & after training?).

Currently, I weigh around 82KG's, and I'm 6"2. (189cm).
My build is slim, some defintion, HATE my arms ;)
chest is good. no abs!

one of my exercises for example....

At the moment, this is my benching sets (on 45 degree decline benchpress)

set 1 - 75kg's (set 1 being 12 reps)
set 2 - 85kg's (set 2 being 10 reps, struggling last 2 slightly)
set 3 - 90kg's (set 3 being around 8 reps, struggling last 3)

hopefully I'll see a difference with this!
So the trick is to drink plenty of water throughout the day?
I work in an office, so behind a desk most of it! then I train around 4 times a week, alternating exercises on different days.

I'm drinking around 2 - 3 litres of water a day at the moment, stick to this with dbol?

just worried about the booze side...?
 
You can do 3-4 short cycles of dianabol before you move on to injectables. Start at 3 tabs a day for 4-7 days increase 1 tablet till your weight plateaus increse 1 more yet again after 4 weeks get off for 6 weeks. Repeat

Get a good digital bathroom scale, accurate to a half pound and weigh yourself every evening. Only increase your dosages of orals when your weight plateaus for 4-5 days. There is no reason to start at a high dose and run it constant all the way through, when lower dosages give appreciatable results.

You can gain 5-7 pounds or so each off your cycles with no gain in Bf if you monitor your diet. First cycle probably 8-12 lbs.
 
i think you need to do more researching...have you read the stickeys...not hating jsut tyring to help....

Test is the best,you would hear this from every one no this board... testo cypionate and testo ethatnate to name a few..they are injects...and work along well with an oral to kick start your cycle
theres alot of things you can get for water ren...armidex can help with water and gyno
if you dont know gyno is man tits or man boobs or whatever you want to call it...and you dont want it

well i aint going injectables, not my scene.
oral is all i'll do, and dbol is the only thing I can get my hands on.
so i have to stick to it.
will try the cycle, see how we go.
:) any other suggestions? (with using dbol ...)
 
another thing is im about to go travelling in 5 weeks time (only for a few weeks), to a nice beeeeachy place.. so i'll get onto a 4 week cycle, 3 or 4 tabs a day.
i'll buy a scale this weekend (digital).
i'm not going to alter my training, unless I feel the NRG to pump bigger weights (will this happen instantly or through out the course of the dbol within the 4 weeks?).

i was told to EAT like crazy (obviously good food still) but just EAT EAT EAT and drink plenty of water.

no dont drink on orals, i mean 1 or 2 beers ur ok, take with food, take milk thistle 2 keep ur liver healtyh, test is testosterone, its injectable steroid
 
don't really drink beer, more vodka! been partying alot lately, so looks like no more boozy weekends for me if I end up getting on a cycle!
what is milk thistle? I also have protein suppliments, with lite/skim milk in a shake every morning and every evening, take the tabs with this?

hhmm.. i don't want to inject. :)

Not trying to be a prick but I think it may be a good idea for you to do more research as you actually can hurt yourself on these things if you're not educated/disciplined, etc...

17aa (which Dbol is), although you don't have to inject, can be some of the more dangerous AAS.

No narcissism here just my observation as a (fellow) user of AAS.
