Im at 5'11 190lbs 16-17%BF. Looking to get to 9-10%BF (175-180lbs) by the start of august.

Ive looked around at diets and keto seems to be the best for my goals and time frame.

My plan:
I will be starting my keto on the 10th of june and going no carb until sunday the 20th. Aiming for 2500-3000 cals at this time. 160g protein, <30g carbs, 200-250g fat. On the sunday I will do my carb-up.
From then on sunday through til friday afternoon will be zero carbs and friday afternoon/night til saturday night will be my carb ups.




My exercise routine will look like this:

monday
cardio

tuesday
workout

wednesday
workout

thursday
off

friday
workout
PM: start carb-up

saturday
off
finish carb up by 11:59

sunday
workout



After the introductory 10 days I will drop my low carb calorie limit to a 1750-2000cals a day. ~520cals/130g of Protein + ~160g Fats.




Any tips or advice? any flaws?
