I just started my cycle on monday. Test Cyp 250mg x 2 a week, Deca 200mg x 2 a week and d-bols 25mg ED week 1-6. I'm running the test and deca for 12 weeks, then starting pct 3 weeks after my last shot, but will start HCG at end of cycle. My nutrition is almost perfect, I eat completely a lot and completely clean. I'm up 7 pounds this week although I can't see much of a difference in the mirror yet...
Now for my training. Since this is my first week, I didn't want to go too crazy on my routine. So I went with Max-OT and just increased the volume by about 40%. Pretty much all of my lifts have gone up this week by about 10 pounds or so, obviously the d-bols. I was thinking to rest tomorrow and start a new routine geared towards an individual on juice rather then following a routine the common guy can follow, on sunday. Any tips on any good routines, no matter how much volume how much work etc. I'm willing to run AM/PM splits if they will be beneficial. So if I could get some help that would be great.
