As far as Fannie Mae and Freddy Mac, Palin is referring to the idea to split the companies into smaller entitities and also say never again to government bailouts for them. If it wasn't for Barney Frank's initiatives to increase the amount of junk mortgage debt they were required to hold, they wouldn't have been in as much financial trouble as they were.
