New PH Question for Rick

With PH now being banned, I have a few questions:

1.) What's the likelihood of a "raid" based on ordering when it was legal?

2.) If in a state where it's illegal as a result of being a prescription drug without a presciption, and these PH's were never prescription, are they still illegal?

Thanks Rick. I'm dumping my stock before the 20th but I know many others that have a lot hanging around... To think that this is now illegal to possess after buying in health food stores or completely legally online, ..... RIDICULOUS!!
