i'm looking for some advice, I've been out of the gym for a year not by choice i had an unwanted vacation. before this i had been in the gym for 7 years, decent gains naturally, tryied my first cycle of test 400mg a week + finaplex, recieved excellent gains, and fat loss. The sad part I had to come off at a dead stop because of the unwanted trip. I was at 238lb about 10% bf. Well want to start a new cycle byt don't know what would be best to put on good size while lowering the bf or if i should just put on the size then shred later.

try some dianabol stacked with some test, like sustanon or omnadren. like 500mg per week on the test and 30-50mg per day with the d-bol


week 1-8 (or) 10 500mg test
week 1-5 30-50mg dbol.

then always have a proper pct cycle to end things so your nuts can get back to hangin again and the gyno probs. The dbol will aromatise so get some nolva on hand before starting. I hope this helps a little bit. I am assuming this is your 2nd cycle?

Welcoem aboard. i would try a test enathate/eq stack. 300 mg of each every week for 10 weeks. It should put a reasonable amount of size on you.
 
you should try to get your bodyfat around 10% before you begin your cycle. if you are just getting back into the routine of training, then you need to condition yourself before your cycle. start a moderate cutting diet, as well as cardio. give your self about 8-10 weeks to lower your bodyfat and improive your conditioning.

In the fall, start up your mass building cycle. considering your stats, i personally would do 500-750mg of test per week, along with deca at 400mg per week. i would run this for 12-14 weeks. you should be able to pack on some nice LBM if your traning and diet are dialed in.
