OK HERE IS MORE THAN HI
I AM REALLY JUST STARTING BACK OUT WITH WEIGHT LIFTING SO I AM HERE MORE TO OBSERVE AND LEARN THAN TO GIVE MUCH ADVICE. FOR THE LAST 2-1/2 YEARS I HAVE BEEN MAINLY FOCUSING ON MARTIAL ARTS AND NEGLECTING MUSCLE BUILDING. AFTER A WRIST BREAK I REALIZED I NEEDED TO DO SOMETHING TO IMPLEMENT MY MARTIAL ARTS TRAINING. I NOW WEIGHT TRAIN AT LEAST 4 DAYS A WEEK AND DO CARDIO EVERY DAY THAT I WEIGHT TRAIN EXCEPT FOR THE DAY I DO LEGS. I ALSO DO CARDIO ON DAYS THAT I DO NOT WEIGHT TRAIN. I EITHER JOG OR GET ON THE BIKE OR STAIR MASTER FOR 30 MIN.
IN THE PAST 5 WEEKS I HAVE NOTICED A CHANGE IN MY BODY FOR THE BETTER. I ALWAYS HAD DECENT LEGS AND IN KARATE WAS ABLE TO CONTINUE USING THEM AND KEEPING THEM STRONG. I HAVE CUT OUT ALL CARBONATED DRINKS AND JUICES ALL I DRINK IS WATER AND EAT PRETTY CLEAN FOODS. THE ONLY PROBLEM I AM HAVING IS AFTER HAVING TWO KIDS I HAVE A SMALL AREA IN MY MID ABDOMINAL AREA THAT IS LIKE LOOSE SKIN. I REALLY AM NOT SURE WHAT EALSE I CAN DO FOR THAT AREA. CAN YOU GIVE SOME ADVICE
