Hi guys,
First of all let me say that this group is amazing. The knowledge about AAS is unbelievable. I have been hanging around here for months just trying to absorb some of the good info being spread around.

A little background on me, I am 34. I have lifted on and off since I was 15. I was a comfortable (still see some abs) 220 at 6-0’ before the layoff. I am 5 months into reentry in the sport after a several year layoff. I have a slow metabolism so I tend to pack on weight if I am not working out continually. I am currently trying to lose some lbs and get back into shape before I start to try and put on mass.

I have tried AAS once before in a very limited quantity/duration (1 mini cycle of EQ) and would like to run cycle after I get my shit together with the weight loss and cardio capacity in 3 months from now. I am struggling with the same issues that kept me from doing AAS before, a safe ****** and good information. Thanks to you guys the later problem has been solved.

My question is two-fold. One how much weight per week should you strive for without degrading your current muscle mass? Secondly, what would be a good starter cycle for building quality size while keeping the sides low?

Wuts up Brutus, welcome! I can tell you one thing about a first cycle and it wont be telling you what to take, that you should research and see what fits for you, probably a cutting cycle. On a first cycle it will be your most effective one, this doesnt mean use more gear, it means start smaller and see how your body is going to take to it. Also research A.L.A, liquidex and clomid, I am a true believer in your post cycle being the most important part.

Welcome. I too am amazed by the knolage and inteligance hear.

A good first mass cycle will all ways be dbol and deca dbol > 30mg/d for max 5 weeks deca 400mg/w would be good and if you want to use some test 250-500mg/w would be good personaly i like sus.

Put something together then post it there are always people ready to help but it will stand you in good stead if you do some resurch and come up with some thing yourself then let the members fine tune it for you.

Sorry about the guy thing. Sometimes I am not the smartest individual. My wife is lifts also, it's great to see women that are into it. The Deca/Test thing is exactly what I have been looking at.

I have looked into Clomid and plan to use it. The post cycle thing opened my eyes to what I really "don't know" about AAS more than any thing else. That’s why I am planning 3 months or so down the road. Time for research while dieting. As for dosage levels, I believe in caution as being the wiser choice.
 
Whats up bro.. wlecme to teh board... I also would go with the test/deca cycle suggested to you. as an anti E you may want to use arimidex or liquidex which also keeps down the water bloat.. and dont forget your clomid!.. good luck bro!
