First of all let me say that this group is amazing. The knowledge about AAS is unbelievable. I have been hanging around here for months just trying to absorb some of the good info being spread around.
A little background on me, I am 34. I have lifted on and off since I was 15. I was a comfortable (still see some abs) 220 at 6-0’ before the layoff. I am 5 months into reentry in the sport after a several year layoff. I have a slow metabolism so I tend to pack on weight if I am not working out continually. I am currently trying to lose some lbs and get back into shape before I start to try and put on mass.
I have tried AAS once before in a very limited quantity/duration (1 mini cycle of EQ) and would like to run cycle after I get my shit together with the weight loss and cardio capacity in 3 months from now. I am struggling with the same issues that kept me from doing AAS before, a safe ****** and good information. Thanks to you guys the later problem has been solved.
My question is two-fold. One how much weight per week should you strive for without degrading your current muscle mass? Secondly, what would be a good starter cycle for building quality size while keeping the sides low?

I am not a guy but a good first cycle would be Deca/Test... you can't go wrong with that one
