haha...yes i lift. i do a lot of cardio as well. let's see. i'm 6' 150lbs i've been lifting for the past three years but i have been lifting and doing cardio regularly (5 times a week) since april 2003. i don't lift to bulk up, but i do lift for power and i spin three times a week and then ride the bike mildly two days. i have tried different products but none seem so work for me....i'm not sure why. i did a twelve week cycle of clen but had no noticable results. i was pretty dissapointed about that. i thought this would help a lot....to care care of some trouble spost but instead...nothing at all. i didn't let it get me down at all. i keep at it, but sometime in the future i may try something again, but who knows. i'm not sure if you saw my pics....i'm not too fat...i just want to lean out a bit more and lose about 5-10 pounds of body fat. not water....real fat. any suggestions you have i would love to hear.
