Hey everybody, this is my first post, i hope to learn a lot from everyone. I hope you make me feel welcome, I registered at a few other sites, but it seems that if you havent been there for like 10 years, or if your not shredded like Vin Diesel or Matt Damon, then they tend to treat you like a smelly truck driver, lol.

I have been training for a few months and people at other sites treated me like a rookie, lol.

anyway, Im happy to be here and look to make a contribution once and a while.
